We had a delightful morning on Saturday grazing on cocoa and crepes. I am including the recipes for the rolls Melissa demonstrated as well as the yummiest cocoa, pretty much in the world.
Thanks to all who came and crafted and chatted!
Crescent Rolls
2 c. warm water
2 TLB. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salft
3 eggs
3/4 c. butter
Add all ingredients together and mix for about 30 seconds. Gradually
add 5 1/2 cups flour to the bowl while mixing. Once all the flour is
added, mix until everything is mixed together (3-4 min). Cover and let
rise for 20 minutes. Place half the dough on a floured surface. Flip
dough over so flour is on both sides. Roll out like a pizza crust. Cut
into triangles and roll up starting with the large end first. Place on
a greased cookie sheet. Let rise for 20 minutes. Bake at 400 for
about 10-12 minutes, until tops are slightly brown. Brush with butter,
if desired, immediately after taking out of the oven.

Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a crockpot.
