Emily Ensign’s dream job would be to travel the world.
Emily has been a
Provo girl from the start of life.
She lived in
England for a year and a half though out high school thanks to her BYU professor dad.
After high school she was a nanny is
Switzerland for a year.
While there, she learned to speak French.
Emily met her husband Jason while working at Far West Bank in
Provo.
After some a nosy co-worker decided Emily and Jason should hook up, the co-worker went jogging with Jayson every morning to point out Emily’s great qualities until he asked her out.
A year later they were married in the
Provo Temple.
Emily loves being busy and hanging out with her kids.
She is active in the PTA and coaches her kid’s soccer teams.
She loves to cook and has even catered weddings.
Along with being the building manager of the
Brittany she decorated cakes, sews and travels.
She applied to UVU and hopes to complete her 8 semester nursing degree in 2 years.
