Marissa Krogue

Marissa Krogue is Hoosier from Indianapolis. She was very shy as a child so her parents enrolled her in acting classes to bring her out shell. She stayed involved in the theater during High School and planned to major in it at the BYU.

However, when she got to Provo she felt she needed to study Home and Family Living. She met Justin 4 years ago when he had a crush on her older sister. When Justin got home from his mission and the sister was engaged started to hang out with Marissa and was quick to discover Marissa really was the “better” sister. They dated for a year and were engaged for a year and married in May of 2009. They spent a very romantic honeymoon in Blackfoot Idaho attending Justin’s grandfather’s funeral. A few days later went to California and spent the entire stay sick in bed with everything from bronchitis to pink eye.

Marissa currently sales time slots for BYU Broadcasting. She loves to snowboard and have fun! She is currently the ward chorister and in charge of cooking group.
